Meat Grinder
A rugged and versatile grinder built to meet high volume demands. It is ideal for second grinds and smaller batch grinds when you want to replenish the meat case three to four times daily to keep the product at peak freshness. Restaurants find the grinder well-suited to preparation of "signature" burgers. A short feed screw produces less heat which increases the overall shelf life of ground products, thus improving the quality of grind without the loss of product color.
